KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Select, develop, retain, motivate and hold accountable high caliber regional sales team. Continually raise the bar for skill proficiency through hiring and skill refreshment.
- Identify and develop new business relationships.
- Accountable for delivering the overall sales revenue targets for the region.
- Offer clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities across the region and weekly sales forecasts.
- Drive the highest levels of client service by working with the Director of Client Services to manage the pre- and post- sales client-facing process.
- Drive overall operational efficiency across sales in responding to opportunities in the marketplace.

- Provide leadership and clear direction to regional reps, giving guidance in all aspects of partnering and alliance development, including lead generation activities, proposal writing and presentation, and contract negotiations

- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to ensure growth and achievement of revenue objectives
- Identify, monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunites and pipelines
- Research, monitor and communicate status of competitive market landscape
- Collaborate with marketing teams in the development of marketing plans to increase awareness of Interactive One portfolio of products

- Previous successful experience calling directly on digital advertising clients and/ad agencies.

Sales Director/Account Director
MANDATE: To manage the company account list and meet revenue goals. Oversee all aspect of client business and serve as the key company contact for client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new client and opportunities, prospecting, pursuing leads and developing new client relationships.
- Effectively and aggressively manager all aspects of the sales cycle

Interactive One is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience to work in a fast paced, cutting edge technology environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong applied and theoretical understanding of decision trees, rule induction, nearest neighbor classification in addition to expert level competence with SQL, reporting, data warehousing, OLAP, and data visualization.
As a Business Intelligence Engineer at Interactive One you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of all business intelligence applications. Fundamentally, the Business Intelligence Engineer will design and develop complex reports and reporting applications for a variety of stakeholders including Business Development, Advertising, Product, and the Chief Executive. You will work with principal stakeholders to define needed intelligence, identify opportunities for automation, and develop predictive models.
This position will report to Manager, Database Engineering and Business Intelligence and include the following key responsibilities:
- Have over 3 years working in some data mining capacity
- Have worked with one of the following: SAS, SPSS, Insightful, Oracle, Angoss, HNC, Unica
- Have a Bachelors in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Applied Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- Have worked with Oracle, Sysbase, Informix, or DB2
- Understand how to document and interpret business requirements
- Understand ER diagrams, data models, and concept models
